The North East Tasmania Land Trust was established by a group of people with a passion to protect, conserve and enhance the natural environment.
The Trust will do this by acquiring and managing land of ecological value
The Trust will protect the land by means of conservation covenants, education programmes and re-selling or transferring ownership of the land to organisations with similar objectives
The Trust will work with all levels of government to create appropriate management plans for areas which connect public and private land

Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible and can be either money or property
Donors can nominate to choose to be listed on the website and in Trust publications
